What will be your mission?
At Vandeputte, we believe every employee makes a difference. As an Administrative Planning Assistant, you ensure our customers are helped on time and with care.
You are the point of contact for appointments, keep everything organized, and make sure our Custom Safety experts can hit the road smoothly.
What do we expect from you?
You are the connecting link between our customers and our Custom Safety experts. Thanks to your accurate follow-up and clear communication, appointments run smoothly and professionally.
- You are in daily contact with customers and ensure their appointments are scheduled correctly and on time.
- You gather the necessary information and coordinate with colleagues to create an efficient planning.
- You register appointments in our planning software and follow them up from start to finish.
- In case of changes, you communicate proactively and kindly with all involved parties.
- You think along with the customer and always look for solutions that work for everyone.
- You work from our office in Boechout, where you’ll be part of a warm team that supports each other and makes a difference together.
Are you our new colleague?
You don’t need to be a super planner — if you love structure, customer contact, and teamwork, you’re already on the right track. What really makes us happy:
- You have a few years of experience in an administrative or coordinating role.
- You communicate smoothly and kindly, both with customers and colleagues.
- You enjoy planning and organizing, and get energy from ticking off to-do lists.
- You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
- You switch easily between customer expectations and internal possibilities. Sometimes it takes a bit of persuasion to get customers on board with a proposal, and you do that with empathy and clarity.
- You regularly align with colleagues and ensure everyone is on the same page. Clear communication is second nature to you.
- You speak fluent Dutch and French.
- You’re comfortable with digital tools — experience with planning software is a plus, but not a must.
