From analysis to delivery: our workwear trajectory
A workwear project can be complex. We make it structured, transparent and manageable.
1. Advice and analysis: We begin with a detailed analysis of your company's profile and the sector: this includes functions, department-specific risks (e.g. welding, ATEX, chemicals), legal standards and current workwear. We also gather employee preferences (on fit and comfort) and take seasonal workwear into account. This enables us to identify what works and what can be improved.
2. Selection and planning: Based on your requirements and expectations, we then put together a workwear package. This may consist of existing workwear, a fully custom workwear package, or a combination of both.
3. Prototypes and wearer testing: Once the proposal is approved, we will supply prototypes and conduct wearer tests in real working conditions. With scheduled evaluation moments, we gather employee feedback and make adjustments to the workwear package where needed.
4. Production, roll-out & follow-up: After final approval, production begins and we guarantee efficient delivery. After the first delivery, we follow up on any additional orders. We anticipate all seasonal requirements as part of our proactive stock planning. This ensures the customer has the right workwear at the right time.
