Parallel order processing: no time lost

As soon as an order enters our system, it is processed simultaneously across our distribution centre zones. No traditional linear workflow — where one warehouse zone is completed before moving to the next — all our processes run in parallel. This significantly reduces overall processing times, regardless of the size or complexity of the order.

Goods-to-Man: 16 orders processed simultaneously

Our distribution centre operates on the ‘Goods to Man’ principle: products are automatically brought to the warehouse employee, not the other way around. This system allows 16 orders to be processed simultaneously, with high accuracy and minimal transfer time. The result: Faster deliveries and significantly fewer errors.

Next-day delivery: order before 12 midday for next day delivery

Orders placed before 12 midday are delivered the next working day. But this is only part of the service — flexibility is just as important:

• You choose your preferred delivery days—fixed delivery days of your choice.
• You choose how we deliver: via parcel shipment or pallet delivery
• You choose where we deliver: directly on site, into a vending machine, or to an address of your choice

Express deliveries: within one hour of order confirmation

Urgently need a product outside of your standard delivery schedule? You can either collect your order in person from our logistics centre, or use our express delivery service. Express delivery ensures that your parcel will be on its way to your business within an hour.

Fast parcel delivery via GLS

For parcel deliveries, we partner with GLS. GLS’s European hub is located just a few hundred metres from our distribution centre in Puurs, a strategic geographical advantage that translates into faster delivery times for you, including international shipments.

Sustainable last-mile delivery

For the final few miles of the journey we have consciously chosen a more sustainable approach. We consolidate deliveries per region, and prioritise electric vehicles and bicycle deliveries, supported by strategically located mini-depots. Lower emissions, same speed
