Our 14,000 m² distribution centre in Puurs contains 62,500 stock locations, strategically organised across five dedicated storage zones: pallet locations, box locations, a zone for non-standard sizes, cross-dock operations, and an automated warehouse. This capacity guarantees a permanent stock of over 15,000 products ready for next-day delivery.
We reserve a dedicated part of that stock specifically for our customers. Whether this involves customised deliveries, framework agreements, or ongoing contractual commitments, product availability is always guaranteed. For critical products, we can even establish dedicated minimum stock levels, ensuring essential items are always available when needed.
Daily replenishment based on data
Every day we place orders with our suppliers, based on real-time inventory data and detailed analyses of historical demand patterns. Our advanced supply chain software continuously analyses stock levels in order to forecast future consumption trends. This approach enables us to prevent not only stock shortages, but also unnecessary overstocking.
Automatic stock allocation – fewer errors, greater speed
Our warehouse management software automatically identifies the optimal storage location for each product based on its dimensions, weight, and shipping frequency. The same product may be stored across multiple warehouse locations, ensuring immediate availability, regardless of the quantities required.
Fast delivery of non-stock items
Ordering an article that isn't part of our standard stock? We process it without delay. No priority rules apply — every order is handled in the order it's received. That way, you benefit from a wide stock range and fast processing for everything beyond it.
End-to-End traceability
Traceability begins the moment goods arrive at our distribution centre. Every box is immediately labelled and scanned. This ensures full traceability throughout the logistics process, allowing us to track your products at every stage - from our warehouse right up to the point of delivery. Where possible, we match incoming deliveries directly to outstanding orders, avoiding unnecessary repacking and ensuring products reach you in their original packaging.
