The Bodycool Xtreme has been developed to be worn tight on your body to experience the ultimate cooling effect. Activation is easy. Before the first use, soak the shirt in lukewarm water for a minute and then let it dry completely. Then dip the shirt in clean cold water for a minute and gently squeeze out the excess. Your shirt is now ready to use and will keep you comfortably cool for several hours. Keep your shirt in the special storage tube. It can be kept moist (with adequate ventilation) or hung to dry.
